The idea of Northland was born in 2004, though the band actually began to play in 2007. After the split-up of their previous band, Pau, Sergi, Jonatan and Cristian descided to continue the Northland project. Guzman and Eric completed the line-up. Cristian soon left the band for personal reasons and was replaced by Dani. In November 2007 they released their demo Freezing Sadness. Three months after that (February 2008) keyboardist Jonatan left the band. After a three-month long search, he was replaced by Pol. The band is currently working on new songs.
